30 days, no questions asked. If you bought a Quiet Shift product and want your money back within 30 days of the purchase, you get it. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

Reply to your Gumroad receipt, or write to support@quietshift.dev with the email address you used at checkout.
We process the refund on Gumroad, the seller of record, to your original payment method. Gumroad says how long it takes to appear; card refunds usually take a few business days.

When we refund without being asked

We cannot access the repository you submitted and cannot reach you to fix it.
The website you submitted asks not to be crawled or blocks our review.
We miss the 48-hour delivery window and cannot make it right.
Your repository is larger than the tier you bought and you would rather have a refund than a partial review of the highest-risk areas.

Re-checks and licenses

Re-check orders and Tabkeeper licenses have the same 30-day window. A refunded license key stops working.
